42" Early to late season bloom.  Standards steel blue; falls violet-blue; large blooms. I call this a pruple and it set the standard for our modern purples. Practically eveyone tells me their grandmother grew this large beautiful iris...and mine did too! I plant shorter 'Hula Dancer' in front and 'Her Pinkness' on one side.
